We’ve recently implemented initiatives such as Personal Development Plans, Fun Fridays, BetterBookClub, and even going to see a Dallas Stars hockey game for our most recent holiday party.

Personal Development Plans give Astanza employees dedicated time to invest in themselves, setting aside time during the work day to help progress personal goals. Activities such as watching a webinar, taking some type of training, reading a book, or participating in a similar activity to help further their development.

Fun Fridays are reserved for, you guessed it, fun! While having fun every day is one of our core values, we also designate afternoons to do more than that. About once a month the entire Astanza team gets together to celebrate our hard work and enjoy each other’s company. Some of these activities include potlucks at our headquarters in Dallas, impromptu nerf gun battles in the office, and playing virtual games like trivia or mystery puzzles, which help us include our remote-work employees to join in on the fun.

The BetterBookClub is a reading platform Astanza uses to reward employees for reading selected books from a digital library. These books range from topics based on our industry, client success, professional development guides, team building tips, company culture, etc. For each book, employees are rewarded with incentives like gift cards to their favorite restaurants and stores.

Clinical Training Director

We are looking for an exceptional person to lead and expand our award-winning clinical training division. The Clinical Training Director is responsible for coordinating all facets of our tattoo removal training certification course, New Look Laser College. This includes training new practitioners, teaching the course, scheduling patients, and other various logistics for the program. They will also assist in developing new resources for Astanza clients as they learn new procedures on unfamiliar devices.

Digital Marketing Manager (SEM/SEO/PPC/PAID SOCIAL)

Astanza’s award-winning marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, track, and optimize Astanza’s and our clients’ paid search and digital advertising campaigns. Lead the venture in acquiring new leads and contributing to growing Astanza’s family of clients!

Biomedical Engineer/Laser Service Technician

Astanza has received several accolades throughout the years for our award-winning service, including Best Service and Training by Aesthetic Everything. Much of that is owed to our exceptionally talented team of biomedical service engineers. As a service engineer, you will work directly with Astanza clients located all over the country to ensure their lasers are operating in tip-top shape. Travel around the world and become a troubleshooting guru in this hands-on role!

Inside Sales and Account Manager

Do you prioritize providing excellent customer service? Then this might be the role for you! Astanza’s inside sales team is looking to add another member to our business development team. This candidate needs to be comfortable establishing and managing high-level accounts. If you’ve got a competitive spirit and passion for client success, apply today.

Service Coordinator

Do you have exceptional detail-oriented organizational skills? As part of the engineering team, you would be responsible for helping clients by helping resolve technical issues and providing product and service information. You will also be building strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure Astanza’s clients receive the best possible care. Freight and tracking experience are needed for this position. The Service Coordinator should be able to provide basic level support and troubleshooting over the phone or on a video call.
