During the event, Spectrum provided free food and beverages at their clinic and raffled various aesthetics-related door prizes (medical-grade skincare, complementary treatments, etc.). 

When we spoke with Spectrum's co-owner, Jarod Stevens, he emphasized how simple it was to get the word out. 

"Honestly, getting the word out about the specials we were running for National Tattoo Removal Day was a little too easy," said Stevens. "All in all, we spent less than $500 on promotions, food, and door prizes." 

Spectrum added the special offer to their website's homepage, shared signage and flyers at their clinic, and posted on social media to promote the event. Additionally, they boosted their event-related posts on Facebook out to a 50-mile radius for $200 during the two weeks leading up to August 14. 

One successful business day continues to bring in steady revenue - even a year later.

Spectrum saw great success from their simple promotional efforts. Stevens was quick to share how well their event came to fruition and generated revenue. 

"We spent less than $500 to generate over $5,000 in package revenue in a single day," said Stevens. 

"That doesn't even include all the referral business we gained from the folks who brought their friends. Even if they didn't have tattoos to remove, many of them came back in for laser hair removal in the months that followed." 

Alongside offering free single laser tattoo removal sessions on August 14, Spectrum also ran another incredible deal: 50% off tattoo removal treatment packages when you signed up that same day. They sold eight packages during their event, and most of those who received treatment and didn't purchase a package on August 14 continued to come in for repeat treatments at full price. 

When asked if the Spectrum crew will host another NTRD event this year, Jarod Stevens replied, "Oh, hell yes."
